Formats

Five proven formats. All tailored to the room.

We'll pick the right one together on a free intro call — and we can mix them (e.g., a weekly chair series anchored by a quarterly fall-prevention workshop).

Weekly recurring series

The backbone. A 6-, 8-, or 12-week series at the same time each week, with progressive curriculum so residents feel themselves getting stronger. Best for 55+ clubhouses and CCRC wellness programs.

6 / 8 / 12 weeks 45–60 min 8–20 people

Fall-prevention 4-week program

A compact, evidence-based series built around the CDC STEADI framework — balance assessment, gait work, lower-body strength, home-hazard review. Residents leave with a written home plan.

4 weeks 60 min Pre/post balance test

Chair-based mobility class

Low-barrier, seated from start to finish — ideal for assisted living, memory care, or anyone who isn't ready for mat work. Gentle range-of-motion, breath, and seated strength.

Recurring or one-off 30–45 min All mobility levels

Breath & relaxation

A quieter, end-of-day class — paced breathing, gentle seated mobility, guided relaxation. Well-received in memory care, grief groups, and after-work corporate wellness.

One-off or weekly 30–45 min Seated / chair

One-off workshops & lunch-and-learns

A single, self-contained session — 45 to 90 minutes — often used as a community event or staff wellness moment. Popular topics: "Five balance habits for the next 20 years", "Breath as the secret nervous-system reset", "The three movements every desk worker needs daily".

One session 45–90 min 10–50 people
